New Year Post

So I ring in the new year watching a classic. First thing I think about for New Years is "When Harry Met Sally" plus I am switching to "200 Cigarettes" every so often. "When Harry Met Sally" needs no introduction but "200 Cigarettes" is a rather unknow at least to me. A little silly but kind of fun. Best Quote from "When Harry Met Sally" is when Harry(Billy Crystal) realizes Sally(Meg Ryan) is the one. "It's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

I think I will go for a run to start the new year. Or maybe I will wander the streats like Harry.(Boy, Billy Crystal can run by the way) A co-worker suggested a cool (mind the pun) idea. Go for a dip in the ocean. Kool idea but I think I would like to keep kind of warm. So Happy New Years to All!

Training Update December going into January. Training is going well and making sure I am fit and ready for the Maui Camp. I'm continuing with my run progresion and having some super tough treadmill workouts. Like yesterdays being the toughest so far. Main set being 4x[8min race pace, 2min Max, 4min easy]
