So as many of you may or may not know, I have been working at the Moka House on Shoal Point as a Barista. I have been working hard, teaching myself the "Art of Coffee" So I share with you today my latest creation, a "Christmas Tree" or a "Bonsai Tree"(your choice). Not bad, eh?... Ok, so I have a bit of work to do before I am writing words in the drink or making the perfect leaf, but its a start. hehe. Enjoy!
